in Njombe, Tanzania. The organization supports communities in rural areas of
Tanzania, to help women, children, youth and marginalized group who are small
scale farmers and small business man in rural areas of the country.

are the issues that the communities of rural areas of Tanzania experience?

The communities of rural Tanzania experience poor environment of social services like, education, water, health, court, also lack of good governance, women segregated in owning land as tools of production and going to schools also community have no awareness about the role of women in the society.

General objective.
To advocate various matters aiming at creating well social being by promoting and protecting human rights, support the total encouragement based on environmental conservation campaign, facilitate the promotion of social, economic, and cultural development leading to empower
people of the society with competent technical packages eligible to fight against poverty and ignorance at large and let them fight their artificial but also natural resources available in nurturing their lives.

i. To let Tanzania be the country with natural qualities

through educational facilitation and encouraging social well being among

HIV/AIDS, reproductive health and emphasis on the need to conserve our
environment and habitat through proper utilization and management of natural
resources and promotion of human right, democracy. Hence PDPR shall
establish its Development center to set forward a new platform so
as to join the international efforts in managing ist Land Fauna and
Flora (Environment).
iv. To maintain and promote fraternal relations with other organization in the country and worldwide.

How would you define your approach?
PDPR working direct with communities but in making plan and implementation we corporate with local government officers especially, Village executive officer, Ward development officer, and district development officer in order to see the targeted communities benefit, also all 100% of fund go direct to the projects.
What are according to your experience the best ways to
promote community empowerment?
The best way of promoting rural communities are– T0 provide mind set, life skills in order to increase awareness.
– To provide training of agribusinesses in maize, aquaculture, bee keeping, poultry farming in order to shift to business from substance farming.
– To introduce new crops in our communities like cassava, fruits, onions.
– To promote women rights of owning lands and going to school in order their contribution in communities to increase

you organize any specific project for women?

Yes we have that project since 2014 and we
already reached more than 800 womens direct and 2000 indirect and we success to educate our community about the importance of sending girls to school and left early marriage and now decrease, also under our project we help to create awareness to women about HIV/AIDS.
